All donations made to Nand Gaushala are considered voluntary and non-refundable. Once a donation is processed, it cannot be refunded or transferred, as the funds are immediately allocated to ongoing cow care, rescue efforts, and maintenance activities.

Products & Purchases

We strive to provide high-quality products made with care and dedication. However, in the event of any damaged or incorrect product delivery, we offer the following options:

• Replacement: If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with clear proof (photos and order details).
• Refund: Refunds will be issued only if a replacement is not possible. The refund will be processed within 7–10 working days to your original payment method.

Please note:

• Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging (if applicable).
• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the issue is caused by us.
